One of my most favorite scenes from Return of the Jedi is when Princess Leia disguises herself as the bounty hunter Boushh. I remember watching this in the theater, (when I was 10 years old), and wondering . . . "Who is this bounty hunter?" Imagine my shock when it was Princess Leia!
Boushh holds a "ball", (which is a thermal detonator). For obvious reasons, I could not call this recipe Thermal Detonator Balls. Hence the name, Boushh Balls. |
Follow the recipe and eat!This recipe involved so many steps. We had to mix, bake, and decorate. We had to melt chocolate to dip the cake ball in, roll the balls in silver sprinkles and add a red hot for the "red light". The red hot was not a big hit with the kids!

share with teachersThe students were excited to explain to the teachers all about Boushh and about you she is. In addition, the majority of the teachers kept the red hot on their Boushh Ball.
